Quality and Safety Policy

COTRAVELMA is a cooperative company dedicated to national and international road transportation of temperature-controlled goods, handling both full loads and groupage.

Most of our drivers are members of COTRAVELMA and owners of the trucks, bringing extensive experience in the goods transportation sector to our clients since 1980.

In order to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of quality and food safety in the market, COTRAVELMA is currently implementing a Quality and Product Safety Management System based on the IFS Logistics standard. We embrace the following principles:

1. Customer Satisfaction: We are committed to fulfilling our customers' needs, requirements, and ensuring the safety of transported products. We also comply with relevant legal requirements.

Quality requires the participation and collaboration of all. Therefore, this policy is disseminated to all personnel and collaborators for their understanding and compliance. Effective application of these principles relies on the support from all departments and the management team.
